NItrous is like boost. It makes good power as long as you dont over do it. AND IMO these little silinoids in the basic wet/dry kits arent over kill. As long as the motor isnt shwoing any signs of detonation, i wouldnt change shit.

BUT i DO recommend running 100 octane plus if your going to spray alot back to back on a big shot.

100 shot on stock motor is fine just retard the timming and make sure you have the fuel. you cant lower the shot now because you wont be happy with the results. it will feel slow with a lower shot. just upgrade injectors and buy tons of spark plugs. its a single cam so its not expensive to fix or replace

lol I was the one who helped him install it, we changed it back to the 55 jets because he was missing a jet for the 75 and was missing the 65's completely... the car is sooo much slower like "integra" said and its disappointing for me I dunno about him... that 100 really woke it up and it walked my 95 gt, with the 100 it wasnt pinging and he bought colder plugs already, I wasnt with him to try to see what the idle problem was but it sounds like it was running out of fuel which it shouldnt he has a higher flowing fuel pump, what would you guys recommend for injectors? and would he need a tune? what about the rods and pistons any ideas?

*edit* oh and he hasnt updated it but hes run ALOT more than 5 pulls now... lol it was still fine other than the crappy idle but he still wanted to jet it down anyway...

factory fuel pump is fine.... as far as the "idle problem" was it surging up and down? That happens when alot of nitrous flows thru the i/m and damn near freeze's the iacv.

hmmm Ill ask him about that he said it stalled, how woudl you fix that though? I guess it was after he let off, oh yea I also noticed his intake tube is warping around the nozzle, so far its not too bad and isnt leaking from what I can tell but it is there, its an aem CAI, chrome tubing... anyone have suggestions for that? and whats an iacv? Im a carb guy and am drawing a blank as to what that would stand for...
