whats up with the one aftermarket cam gear being used on b vtec heads... do you only have to adjust the timing degrees on the intake side or exhaust side...? should i buy both adjustable cam gears or do i need only one ajdustable gear???

 

i have just one on my car on the exhaust side. i didnt pick up any gains on the intake cam so i put a stocker back in there. I still have one skunk2 cam gear if u want it

 

It really depends on your setup. Buy two. Find a competent tuner (Tuner Directory). Get it dyno tuned. I cant remember how much TheRedDragon's car picked up adjusting them but it was quite a bit

cool thanks for the help... im doing turbo setup and i wasnt sure if i needed to have both intake and exhaust to be adjusted.

 

is there a diff in between exhaust and intake... i ask, becuase i see many people on here selling only one skunk2 cam gear. i might as well get two. just wanna make sure if i buy two seperate ones that i can use both vice versa
