Stock valves don't really fail very often besides bending when they hit a piston. I'd much rather bend the valve than poke a hole through a piston.

A dropped valve is a retainer or keeper problem. Not a valve problem. Valves don't bend unless they hit something. The number one problem I see when people build their heads is they replace everything and then re-use 100K mile worn keepers.

I guess local people do. I had mine done by Deep Freeze Cryogenics a while back. After that I spoke with a guy who owned a supercharged S2000 at NOPI. I guess it's turbocharged now. I was going to contact him again but lost his card
