I would like to know where I could get a d16z6 motor for a good price and low mileage. Cause I keep on looking through jdm websites and they dont sell d16z6 motors. They sell the d15b sindle cam motors, are they any good or I'm better off finding a d16 motor. See the car is for my girl and she doesnt want anything fast just a motor with less mileage on it so thats why I'm looking for a new d series motor for her car. Another thing could I be able to put in a y8 motor in her 95 civic if I could what would I need to do if I going to keep it obd1 I dont want to convert it to obd2. So let me know what would be the best place to get the motor I'm looking to get it sometime in the next month or so.

 

suns auto salvage has full z6 swap i was loookin at it the other day in lakeland

 

suns is where i got my z6..it only had like 70k on it. I seen the car they pulled it out of.

 

Nothing wrong with the d15b it only has like 5 more HP. My friend got one form hmotorsonline.com. Swap went in real easy no problems runs GREAT!

I called up one time and they had one going for 700 for motor and trans a whole swap. But give them a call they could try to find one for you. I might be putting my z6 up forsale soon. So I could let you know when I get ready to sell it as well.

 

try posting in the Handa/Acura FORSALE forum, i'm sure there are people that have those swaps for sale

and to keep your car obd-1 with and obd-2 motor, you need an obd-1 dizzy and injectors. i believe thats all?!?!?
