I always use Mobil 1 sythetic. its $30-$40 if you change it your self with a mobil 1 filter. it comes in vipers and cts-v and most benzs and like all the super cars from the factory.

well it has 86,000 miles on it... does it smoke, burn oil, or have any major oil leaks?
ususally when a car gets to its middle to old age you wouldnt want to run synthetic in it... if your gaskets are old and worn out, synthetic is said to make them start leaking or leak worse if they are already leaking... the best thing for a car like yours which is kinda in the middle ages for a honda would be to use 10w30- that is if you dont smoke, burn oil, or leak oil... if you do smoke or something the 10w30 would be too thin... therefor you would need to run 10w40 because its a thicker base oil which is perfect for a middle aged motor. 20w50 would be too thick unless you burn a whole lot or leak a whole lot...
go with 10w40

if you have used synthetic, stay synthetic. if you have used conventional, stay conventional. i ran castrol GTX cheapy 5w-30 in my Y7 for years, it had 130k+ miles. id say use that.

factory spec for your car is 5x-30 i believe.
