crx dumping fuel in cylinder
crx with b16a1 obd0 dumping fuel at cylinder 2 and 3. basically injectors 2 and 3 stay open.
i have tried and replacing the engine wiring harness twice already and still no luck. i need help please, what do i need to start looking at.

have you checked injectors??try switching them out?

injectors were all stock. maybe i should change em to some known injector that ran well.

The issue could be anything from wiring to a bad ecu/injectors etc.
Is the engine computer reporting any Malfunction Idications ?

this problem goes way back from 2005. i had to literally play around with the wires from the injector to the ecu. basically i wired the yellow, blue and brown injector wires straight from the ECU (bypassing the harness that goes to the resistor box, and the red wire was just wired the same way stock.
it took two days to finally get the firing order right. but then code 14 kept us from driving the car right.
few months passed and i finally took a chance of swapping the whole engine harness with a fresh new one from a crx si (bought it from sillywhips here) and put it in. well guess what,. i was back to square one. the car wont start and code 15 comes on....... plus cylinder 2 and 3 is getting filled up with gas.
i am not so sure what to do anymore. been playing around with this project car for more than a year. somehow, 2 of my injectors are getting "signal" to stay open the whole time, thus drowning the engine.
Can someone please help me with this. I am running out of options and most of all, hope.

we had it running and idling good so that means it was getting spark. but now after swapping another fresh engine harness, it wont even start anymore and the engine floods.
