Default B series turbo

I was cruzing ebay again and decided to check on turbo kits. Are these worth the $1000 you spend on them if all your looking to do is make about 250 whp? I need something thats reliable but I don't need a full out drag turbo to push 500+ hp. The whole idea is to keep pretty stock internals for a little while until I can put GSR pistons in there and the Vtec head later on. So whats the verdict on this?

This is the link to the ebay post I was checking out:
eBay Motors: JDM T3/T4 TURBO CHARGER KIT 90 91 92 93 INTEGRA B16 B18 (item 290026912810 end time Sep-16-06 15:12:45 PDT)

Old Saying - You Get What You Pay For -
Those Kits Are Shit (we Put On 6-7 In The Last Couple Months)- And I Dont Care What They Say - They Dont Fit Without Major Mods. - They Could Be A Good Starting Point But I Would Cost You Another 1000-1500 To Get It Working Correctly And For That Much You Could Buy A Good Kit From Us By In-line Pro!

I started w a tr $1000 kit
now I think I'm at $2700 and I'm still not finished (just missing the p28 and harness, oh and maybe some slim fans).
Everyone I talk to says do it right the first time, don't cheap out, and go to mtber for the tune.

You can find soo much good shit here on tr if you are willing to pay.
