sounds like bad syncros to me and also make sure you still got some fluid lubricating the gears

it cant be the syncros cuz the tranny was rebuilt with all new b16 gears that were carbon coated 4 months ago. i havent checked the tranny fluid tho. i was thinking some gm syncro mesh would help.

check the fluid, then let us know. no point in speculating about all kinds of crap if its just empty.

if its not empty, then come back and we will go from there.

try adjusting your clutch pedal to where more pressure will be applied to the clutch. you can do this by adjusting the screw under the pedal in the car. (worth a shot and it's free)
