Default Adjusting Rear Disc

I recently Hooked up my EJ8 with some New GSR brakes. The Front Grabs real hard, but i realize the load of my braking is Directed towards the front. I keep having to drive cautiously in the Rain because When i brake even half hard it seems to Lock. I tried pulling the e-brake and testing it out. It has no effect towards the Rear. Can it be the Calipers or is there a way i can adjust them? Feedback would be greatly appreciated and I hate not driving my car because it's to dangerous to be out on the road. Having my LS/VTEC Swap already in It sucks Not being able to go out to the track with Such a Serious Hazard on the road.

Nope I didn't get a Proportioning Valve. I heard you didn't need one. My e-brake does go up all the way.

You DEFINITELY DO need a proportioning valve, and I would reccomend tightening the ebrake cable (and make sure you have the right one... )

When I did the rear disc conversion on my car from a 2000 civic si, i used the si ebrake cables, 40/40 proportioning valve from an EG Si hatch back, Type R brake booster and master cylinder... Brakes work great and stop the car with the quickness from any speed... Just be sure to invest in some GOOD pads and rotors, and I also reccomend stainless brake lines... Brakes are the most important part of the car IMO... Whats the point of goin fast if you cant slow it back down???
