Default best transmission fluid

ok, i read a long thread on the Honda-tech forum and took the advise with a grain of salt. now i'm posting from expirience and i want others to do the same.
i was trying to decide which trasmission fluid to use and decide to go with the GM Synchromesh: Modified for manuals. and let me tell you that since i put it in, my shifts have been smoother and less noisy. my tranny is a CTR with Quaiffe LSD and it works wonderfully with this fluid. i previously ran regular honda fluid, and it simply doesn't match up to this stuff, SYNCHROMESH FTW!!

My Experience with Royal Purple Synchromax. Transmission grinded in third and fifth gear. At times it wouldnt even go into third gear. I was making 317whp on a Dyno Dynamics with a slipping clutch, yadda, yadda. Drained the Honda MTF. Filled the transmission up with Royal Purple. Grinds were gone and shifted smoother

GM Syncromesh is all I have ran in my cars.... But my experiences with it are great. I have also heard good things from Royal Purple also.
