Default how many pounds of boost?

how many lbs. can u run on a stock d15b7 safely as a daily driver all it has now is exhaust and an intake

35lbs haha that'd be cool to see though. no you should be good at 6-8psi

On what turbo man??????????? 5psi on a GT35R isn't going to be the same as 5psi on a 14G greddy kit, etc. Do some more homework.

on 2 turbo d series the d15b7 runs 10lbs daily driver had it over 6 months now everything is running fine tuned by vega. so u should be fine up to 10lbs wit stock internals

ohh the 10lbs is on a t3/t4 turbo .45 i think i kno its t3 tho

yeah definately what 60-1 ek says you should do homework because there are a bunch of things that factor into it but g/l

My rule of thumb on Honda's is 20lbs or bust

60-1ek has spoken , dont worry about the psi worry about the CFM of te turbo and factor the pressure accordingly. more info is needed to solve your issue.
