Are you planning on peicing together a kit or buying a prepackage kit. If you are planning on sticking with the a3 than urbo is the way to go for any real power. unfortunetly an all motor a3 at this time is laughable. if you have any real technical questions regarding your boosting of the a2 look towards k20a.org or even ephatch.com

Ditch the stock head. A rsx or a rsx types head are the way to go. The si and rsx head are different and your head makes less horse power.

yes chirs is "right" the a2 head is better designed especially the cam profiles however most people that have done this head swap seem unsatisfied with the power gain also the a3 in its natural state is perfect for boost low comp and all. If you are serious about staying all motor a swap is the way to go at this point reputable companies are just now begining to produce parts for the a3 as way of internals
