help!!! no fuel pump,batt. light,and solid cel

Default help!!! no fuel pump,batt. light,and solid cel

alright here's the rundown

1988 civic sedan
D16Z6
engine harness tucked "not the first ime ive done this either"
OBD-1 conversion

car ran around the block once and when i tried to go again i only made it 1/2 way and it died

ive checked my ECU its good
and ive checked my main relay its good
ive checked my wiring and voltage at my fuse block all good

and still no battery light
no fuel pump
and a solid check engine light

im completely out of ideas so if this has happened to anybody else PLEASE post the problem and your solution

ive been by this problem

i said i checked my harness ,and this isnt the first time ive done this, and i said semi cause the pass side light harness isnt done yet so the engine harness is copletely tucked. let me know if you have any USEFULL information

Ok well When current is passed through the wire if it tuck was done incorrectly or crappy then it may short causing a solid CEL or any of the above things ..

Replace harness with a Non-Modified version and I would be willing to bet the car will work correctly

but what could cause all of the above to happen at the same time so i can check that cause i know my wiring is good it wasnt cut just unwrapped and rerouted

Ground on thermostat housing ?

Fuel pump prime ?

and how would priming the fuel pump (if im incorect about what you ment lmk) change my batt light a solid cel
it ran fine for about an hour?

No does the fuel pump prime when you turn the key to the ON position ..

This usually designates a bad ground situation ..

Solid CEL means ECU and hte Batt light to me means blown fuse form a high aperage draw or a short in the wiring .. Hence why i said the tuck mroe than likely being your problem ..

fuel pump doesnt turn on and there are no blown fuses

is the chip in the ecu in correctly? or the jumper?
