Question Help with Civic power window

Just picked up the civic Saturday and it needs a window motor on the passenger side. I got the panel and all off and the 3 bolts holding the motor in, now I can not figure out how to get the two cables off that go into the motor. I am not sure but I think the only way is to replace the whole thing, track and all. If so I can get the window out to do it. I just want to make sure. So any help will be greatly appreciated on if there is a way to get the cables off and if the whole assembly needs to be replaced, track and all.
Thanks!
Its a 96 EX

take out the entire regulator, the bolts to remove the motor are on the opposite side. once it is out of the car the rest is self explanatory. g/l
