sinking happens when the sleeve is not pressed all the way down. Once the motor reaches full operating temp and usually some load the sleeve will fall "sink" a few thousandths of an inch into place. sometimes you can get away with just redecking the block surface but a lot of the time its best to send it back to the sleeving company....big PITA and waste of money!

Every sleeving company has had failures including Benson, LA, Golden Eagle Mfg., etc. Nothing new

To the original poster. Looks great. My first block was resleeved by Golden Eagle Mfg. Good luck

Which makes me wonder why more and more people do not just start off with a dartblock as their foundation.
