another overheating question

ok crx w/ b series...... wants to overheat when you drive it
cools down when you stop...
cools down faster if your on the brake

car has not been over heated

any ideas?

Check your fans, make sure they are working..

I went through a bunch of fans when I had my civic back in the day.
