You'd have to check the terms of your warranty to see if modifying the suspension voids it. I don't think anyone is going to know your warranty offhand.

Lowering it will most likely void your warranty since most dealers don't like aftermarket mods. Go to the dealer where you purchased the car and ask them about it and if they say it doesn't get a written paper so that if you have to take it in for warranty work they can't fuck you over after they said that it was alright.

my friend has a 04 si, his is lowered, i/h/e and they warrantied his car. i dunno maybe it depends on the dealership. they said as long as he doesn't mess with the ecu, internals of the motor or the srs system pretty much anything else is ok.

I believe the rule is if you lower it, the spring and strut warrany is void. Same thing goes with anything you modify, that part will be void and anything that is damaged from that part. If your struts go out then you need to fix them, not Honda.

Even if it does void the warranty, as long as you don't cut the factory springs, you can always keep the factory ones and put them back on when you need to take it back in for work.
