Like said before, hollow out the CAT or buy a test pipe.

Cam gears and some tuning.

Weght saving mods, lighter wheels etc..

 

you dont get very musc power gains out of cam gears unless you have a built motor...so there kinda pointless and exspensive save your money and buy something else, you can almost get a nitrous kit for the price of a set of cam gears...

 

I def agree with the Intake Mani
Low cost depending on what brand
and you will feel a diferance

 

You could always go the spraying route, if you dont want to, you could always install a nice set of cams.
