i do believe you have to use your obd1 injectors. otherwise your ecu would throw a code. a p28 is an obd1 ecu. im also guessing this honda is older than a 96, correct?

92-00 civic injectors are saturated (high impedance) they do not require a resistor box
Pre 92 civics run peak & hold (low impedance) injectors & do require a resistor box.

88-91 Civic Peak and Hold 240cc
92-'95 Civic Saturated 240cc
96-'00 Civic Saturated 240cc
92-'00 Integra Saturated 240cc
90-'91 Integra Peak and Hold 240cc
92-'96 Prelude Non-VTEC Peak and Hold 240cc
92-'96 Prelude VTEC Peak and Hold 345cc
97-02 Prelude vtec Saturated 290cc

The ecu does not matter, the resistor box / injector combo does.

Another difference in injectors is the injector clips, obd0/obd1 injector clips are different then obd2 injector clips.

yes they are both saturated injectors. Unless you injectors are not working properly I wouldnt reccomend it though. They both have the same flow rate (240cc) and if you want to put OBD2 injectors in your car you will have to cut and solder on the obd2 injector plugs.
