Default Got a problem with my teg starting up...help

Well my exhaust has been in horrible condition for a while, but I couldn't afford a new one so I dealt with it....it was really bad, to the point where it was all broken up and rusted. To make matters worse I deliver pizza so I was always driving my car around. It sounded horrible and got to the point where when I started the car it would have slight trouble starting then sound like a muscle car for like a minute or two then settle down and idle normal. It just got even worse from there, I finally saved up enough money to be able to afford a new catback and now I got a new Cat and an Apexi WS2 on there....just got it on today. It improved my problem a little bit but it still starts up bad...the whole car shakes when started for about a minute then idles normal after that...while driving its beautiful though...no problems at all....also, this only happens when I dont start the car for about 20 minutes to an hour or two....if I let it sit all night it starts up beautiful.

Anyone know what could be the problem and how I can fix it??? Sorry about the big ass paragraph...I'm kind of in a rush. Thanks for the help
