Default I want to do a full tune up to my Teg.

I'm a bit of a noob to cars, I know enough to get me around but not everything. I want to do a full tune up but just want to know all the parts thats needed and the best place I can order them from. I'd prefer to order them all from the same place. Also, I want some of the best things to get....but not like, YOUR GONNA BE BROKE best parts lol. I just dont want to go really cheap you know?

Spark Plugs
Spark Plug seals
Spark Plug Wires
Distributor cap
Distributor Rotor
Fuel Filter
Oil Change
Oil Filter
Air Filter
Valve Cover Gasket
That about covers it, pretty extensive too, could be more though.
