what are the components of boost? what is boost in general? does it have to do with airflow like almost everyother aspect of car turbo/supercharger performance? anyone? thanks ahead of time.

boost refers to the air pressure being forced into the engine by a turbo/super charger. Instead of the engine sucking, it is fed air by those two.
