Default anyway to adjust throw out bearing???

Ok i just got my new clutch in and i was wondering is there anyway to adjust the throw out bearing?? Its a 99 integra hydro LS tranny. The reason im asking is because looking at my old pressure plate it looks as if the throw out bearing was grinding agenst the pressure plate. ill post pics later on
