My friend in O Town recently did a similar set up on his d16a6 but with an intercooler. Small, simple, affordable.

Take your time, look around for used parts in good condition.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

No shit, I get heatsoaked just walking out the front door so god only knows how that poor little boosted once cam would feel in that cramped bay with hardly any air..

how much money are you thinking of spending? do you just want the turbo noise on your car or are you looking for power? If you are looking for a cheap setup for power you should do a Vtec head with some work on a bottle. it might last a lil longer than a cheap turbo setup. If you really dont care about blowing up that motor than go ahead and experiment. you can find a cheap blower in junkyards or ebay.......

there's a cheap one, and then use you imagination the best you can to create your pipping.

i'd suggest a jackson racing super charger on the b7. if you're looking for a cheap non intercooled turbo kit try the greddy kit. it's a good starter kit but just don't plan to make any power with them.

If you keep the boost under 6psi you wouldn't need an intercooler. A 14b turbo off a 90-91 5-speed GST or GSX would work great.
