Default 98 integra hydro lock

ok heres the deal i got a 98 ls that had a AEM cold air intake with no by-pass ( yes i fucking know) and i went through that freaking tropical depression shit last week and managed to hydro lock the motor turms out number one rod was bent. changed that planed the head and put everything back together only to turn the car on and the moment, after i let it idle for a minute, i touched the trottled the timing belt snaps and the knock sensor kicks on and shuts down the motor. You think ok change the timing belt and see if it starts if not then exhaust and most of intake valves are bent from the blowin of the original belt. Ummm.... problem is i cant get the freakin main pulley off!!!!! I tried electric dewalt impact gun, strap wrench, a custom tool that pro import made, etc. (lots of different shit). Now i am moments away from pushin the car across ave K from my house to pro import and tellin the owner to just find a way to fix it and prolly spend about $600 more dollars to have him do it. If anyone knows anything to get that damn pulley off please help it is free spinning so i can t use the old timing belt to hold it. I live in winter haven if you are a real generous person (thats smack dabe between orlando and tampa). But please i am out of time and money and i dont know what else to do.

I just changed the timing belt on my car. The way mine is setup is the crank pulley has a bunch of holes in it....i stuck the handle of a pliers thru it to lock it up then stepped on a breaker bar to get it loose. it was quite easy cause all you have to is step on it and hope the handle doesnt break.

if that doesnt work stick a block of wood in either the spot where you take the starter off and wedge it up against the flywheel nice and tight then put a breaker bar on that bitch and have at it lol g/l
