Need pin location

Need pin location
I need to know what pin on the ecu the idle air control valve is on a 98 civic dx. Mine isnt working like a wire is cut. My hanes manual doesnt give pin location.

ecu connector "A" the IACV pins are IACV-N = A13 and IACV-P = A14
