Default denso iridiums, good or bad?

I just got these for my type r swap, are they good or bad? Im using ngk plug wires as well. They seem fine, but tonight, my car didnt want to start. I waited a min, then it started. I also noted that im getting/ feeling a misfire, but am unsure. It only happens when im very light on the throttle, doing in-town speeds...it feels as if it misses everynow and then, but i hear very smooth exhaust tone, no changes in tone. dunno there either. im stumped. overall the engine runs fine and strong, although it seems it could have more power in first...when i go WOT in first, it takes a min, then it goes. hmmm, better have someone go look at it. Im getting no CEL's though.

double check the plug gap. if the only thing you changed was the spark plugs I would go through and double check the plug wires to make sure they are seated good, on both ends of the wire....and the gap. I had a set of these that at wot would hesitate, but I checked the gap and it was a little too big, regapped and the motor ran great. also at $13 a plug they aren't cheap.

Default denso are gay unless you buy the 20 dollar each plugs

but if you want performance i recommend NGK 8 automotive engineering has them they are the best ive ever used there a colder running plug very good for boost or nos and me personally i think there badd ass for allmotor plugs you dont have to worry about changing them everyother month

gap them like you would any ordinary plug, but make sure your using the disk type with the tapered edge, or a feeler gauge, NOT the wire loop type. Just be easy with it, I didn't have any issues with the tip breaking.

ngk 8's are overkill for an n/a setup.

Don't waste your money on fancy spark plugs.

For the average oem all motor setup:
NGK #6 Heat Range BKR6E-11 gapped at .040 will work great

For something with a little more cylinder pressure, even turbo vehicles
#7 Heat Range BKR7E-11 [NGK-1283]
