Default a/c fan?

my car has everything for the a/c, it works, but i noticed after i got the car when i rode with teh a/c on the belt would chirp every so often, I had my neighbore ( a mechanic) hook it up to his tester guages and he said the pressure was really high because the car is missing hte a/c fan... i dont really know if he is correct or not, up front there is only 1 fan.. is that right for a 96 gsr? if not where can i get one? and what should i look to spend

Yes. He is right. Not having a condensor fan will cause high head pressure. Then your A/c pressure switch will shut off the AC compressor when pressure gets to high. Usually you want to be around 20-30 on the low side. I think around 150? on the high side.
