My CEL threw both a code 3 and 7. I figured the sensors were bad, so I replaced it, but it is still throwing both codes. Is there anything else I can do? The car is still running real bad...would reseting the ECU help @ all? If so, how is this done?

 

Yes resetting the ecu will clear the codes if the problem is fixed. If it dosent and the codes are still present, check your wiring. A dvom and a service manual will tell you exactly how to do this.
