4 door teg 5 lug conv.

does anyone know whats involved when doin a 5 lug conversion? would crv axels and stuff suffice? ill have about 200 - 215 whp would strength be an issue? any help at all is appreciated. thanks in advance.

crv? axles does not have to do with anything with the converison...
