What are you having problems with?

 

nothing yet...i havent started to do it yet. im going to once i get home from work. just wondering if there is anything i should know that important. i just read thru the main relay info on the sticky tech post thing. its pretty much doing excatly what it says...not starting after short trips or short turn off. also the heat affects it as well. would everyone agree that it is the main relay? i got honda to test it and they said it was it, but there could be other problems....im just going to change the relay first and go from there.

no not much to it just get under the dash, pull it out and replace with new. I had the exact same problem on my hatch and yes a new relay fixed it.

My main relay died somewhere in a four month period waiting for a swap. My car would crank but the fuel pump didnt click on and no swoosh sound from the fuel cell. The easiest way to test it was to run a wire from the battery to the fuel pump and it clicked. Next day found me a new main relay, replaced it with old one, and VOILA! Only thing I could think of advice-wise is to disconnect the battery.

what else could it be? it started up right after i put it in and it seemed to be cool, but when i tried it this morning before work......no go

 

somebody told me it might be the coil?? maybe...yes...no??
