chip the ecu and pull the eprom ( zif socket of course) each night, really good alarm system, hidden fuel cut out independant of the alarm system. This kind of shit really pisses me off, and makes me thankful to have a garage.

Did you atleast have insurance....I know it's a pain but if your lucky at least the cost of replacing it won't be a big hit. I know when I had my car broken into I was able to get all the stuff replaced plus the cost of install ( I do my own work ) so I was compensated for the hassle.

did you get GAP insurance as well? depending on the loan this is required. If you added the system and have proof that it was in the car, then you can argue with your insurance that the car+items = the replacement value. I did this with a car that was blue booked at $1800 and the insurance replaced the stuff that was stolen to the tune of $4800 and I kept the car without any argument.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Talking about Town n Country someone stole the front Lip and rear valence off my car last week in T/C one day after I got them installed the paint was still wet. It's getting to be ridiculous with these thieves.
