i have a mini-me turbo. i kno the Ls pistons are a lot thicker than the stock d16 ones. if i put some SRP pistons on the Ls rods, would it fit into my d16 block?

any modifications or plop in?

well only a couple things wrong here..

1.ls piston with not fit d series rods do to the different size pins that hold them in

2.ls pistons with not fit into d16 block do to ls are 81mm bore and d16 are 75mm

3.if your going to order srp pistons JUST ORDER them for a d16 you can use them on your d16 rods

yep, you can use the LS rods in your D16a6 motor. you will need some mods though!
1st the wrist pin bushings have to be changed to fit the smaller D series wrist pins, and you also have to clearence the block because the bigger rods wont turn all the way around without hitting!
