Its getting hard to find quality people these days that have honda/acura parts knowledge. If you get trained and put your time in like Bert you can go to any Honda/Acura dealer and find a job . Im sure you can name your price (in most cases) and get it.

Not to mention, Steve needs a solid parts manager/staff. That is something that Brandon Honda has always sucked on. SD motorsports is the bomb though!
