boost/ map sensor/ checkvalves?

boost/ map sensor/ checkvalves?
How do i get the map sensor not to see boost on a 91 crx? I was told checkvalves but i don't know where to get them or how to put them in? ideas? please help!!! this is the last thing i need to get it going...
