intake manifold help.

Default intake manifold help.

i have the dual point fuel injection on a 91 d15b2. a few questions.

edit: i am doing a mpfi swap, thats y im asking.

does anyone have an old crx si intake manifold i can buy?
will a y7 intake manifold work?
and does obd matter?(like if i get the y7 intake will i need to convert more stuff??)

I do not recommend the y7 intake manifold. It is a horrible design & has a 3 wire idle air control valve.

its allways easier to use an si one but if all else fails use a d16z6 (rather easy) or the d16y8 (a lil harder)

and dont forget to get a resistor box, ecu, distributor, harness....

how much power to you get from this swap? and do you get any more mpg's?

eh....depends on your driving...but it opens you up to the performance world as in anything thats worth buying performs better and/or only works with multi point



i drove to orlando stayed for two days drove back and still had a quarter tank of gas with just a multi point swap.....(if that helps)
