i am putting gsr cams on my jdm b16a1 head and i have the cams out and cam gears off the b16 cams and i am putting them on the gsr cams and i was wondering two things how i can hold the cam without scratching the cam?? and how many ft/lbs do i torque down the gears onto the cams??? lmk asap i need help!!!!!thanks alot, john

I don't know about the jdm b16 but the usdm is 41.

I always use my 1/2" impact. hold the cam with a clean rag around it and zap the 14mm bolt on. Never had a problem.
