Default Nitrous on a JRSC'd LS??

K, the setup is simple..

95 LS motor, 98 gsr tranny
DC 4-2-1 header
Jackson racing supercharger @ 10psi
DSM 390cc injectors
Street tuned on CromePro by john vega

My question is this, am I going to have to retune it to spray lets say a 50 wet shot, or will messing with fuel pressure and base timing when spraying work good enough? any imputs?

Tuning with nitrous is such a pain since the psi is pretty inconsistant because of the varying pressure of the bottle. I'd say tune it on the s/c alone. A 50 shot isn't much, right after spraying pull over and check your plugs. Or if you had a wideband you can monitor your afr during spray.

Yeah I'd say bump the fuel pressure up and pull timing by a degree or two.

There is no need to bump the fuel pressure .
It's a wet kit so there is no need to touch the Fuel pressure, if you want more fuel change the FUEL jet.

And as far as the timing, the car was Tuned to that map so you dont want to touch the timing because he could throw the whole shit outta wack.
