Main Bearing Cap
Is there a trick to getting this off? or is it like the bitch pin and just a pain in the ass.
Any tips or tricks will be greatly appreciated.

just put the bolt back into the cap without threading it in at all wobble it around side to side and it will loosen up the dowels. just switch back and forth from one side of the cap to the other. tapping it on the side with a rubber/plastic mallet works well too
