Can A 2000 B16 Shift Linkage Work

Angry Can A 2000 B16 Shift Linkage Work

hey guys i have a 92 civic cx h/b. im about to put a 97 b18b1 in and i was woundering i if could us a 2000 b16 shift linkage and would it work or not. i would be useing a ls tranny. let me know

yes it will work fine. just make sure you use a matching shifter

the slot where the shifter fits into the linkage is different widths for different shift linkages, for instance a gsr shifter will not fit in 99-00 linkage without modification/grinding. and a 99-00 si shifter will fit into 94-01 integra linkage but will be extremely sloppy because the gap where the shifter slots into the linkage is larger in integras...hard to explain but hopefully you get the idea.
