Default A/C & idle question

this is on a 94 civic ex.

I had the car A/C charged today, and the below problem just started after that, i did not have the problem before today.

when i run my A/C the idle seems to feel like it has a big lobe to it when stopped, or an eradic idle. when i turn the A/C off, it does not do it.

also, when i drive with the A/C on, it feels like someone keeps pulling on the ebrake, and kind of hesitant, but when i turn it off, the problem goes away, or you cant feel it anymore.

anyone have any suggestions?

who charged the a/c? sounds like they overcharged it and the system is unable to flow properly.

put a set of gauges on the a/c system and see what the pressure is.

your base idle could be set a little low. make sure its set when a/c is off.

check the pressure with the car running and the a/c on
low side should be between 50-60
high should be around 250

i can check the low side, but i dont think my gauge goes up to 250. i might take it back over and ask them to double check it.
