If you bring me a diff with all the bearings and plastic removed I can weld it for you. Not recommended for a street car though.

just a question. i know that welding a diff is not suitable for DD. but what exactly is it when your welding a diff and what are the benifits?

All time possie traction, both wheels will get 100% of the power at ALL times.

This hurts DD'ing do to when you make a turn the wheel that needs to let go is still fighting to move, its not so bad while moving at a higher speed, but pulling into a paking spot or situations like that are hell.

And, they are really dangerous too, If you were to snap an axle at 100MPH racing someone, and dont lift off the gas ASAP, you will be flung into a wall or off the road, because the tire that still has an axle is still spinning (300+HP on 1 wheel=DEATH!)

john your a wimp dude my ball joint came out at like 70mph and i went across four lanes of traffic and was 3 feet from hitting a brick wall. i think ill be able to handle an axel issue
