Default Got a problem with the temp. gauge and the interior lights

It started happening a while ago, when I would sit at idle with my integra the temp gauge would gradually rise to the top...but the car wouldnt overheat or even seem like it was. And sometimes when I drive, it would start doing it but slower then it would at idle. My car doesnt overheat at all though, what could be the problem???

Also:

One day...out of no where, the two small lights near the rearview mirror stopped working, and the one in the middle on the ceiling of the car....AND my first speed for the windshield wipers...all at one time this happened. The other 2 speeds work but not the first one. What the hell is this all about?

Appreciate the help.

my gauge did that, the nut from the sending unit was loose. if thats not it you could be low on oil.

as for the second problem, maybe fuses? dunno

Yea it drops, weird shit. I guess I'll check the rad. fluid again, its kinda weird though because when I got radiator service done, it still did it.

i had 3 tiny cracks in my rad in the teg...leak wasnt big enuff to show steam but it was enuff to let a air bubble in...pop your rad cap then fill to brim with coolant..then let it run open caped for about 15 min...watch your temp gauge and rev if needed to get your temp down...if u see it start to bubble outta the rad then it could just be some air ...g/l

Yea Im gonna go out and buy some rad fluid and try that out, thanks for the help.

O and Im a dumbass, it was the fuse for the second problem, just didnt think about checking it since the 1st speed for my wipers went out at the same time, didnt think those were linked together...well they are...and I got them working again

I'm glad to see you still have the teg. Any new mods? Give me a call if you come to Tampa, I have a new garage you have to check out. G/L bro. -Mike
