i have a ls tranny on my 91 hatch and i have a really bad tranny grind and want to change my gears since the ls gears are so long and i want to put some si gears in it now i have a friend with a sohc si cable tranny and i was wondering if that tranny will bolt up to my car if now how hard would it be to change just the gears will the fit in my ls tranny and will i need to purchase anything else to swap the gears thanks alot everyone lmk asap

 

are you talking about going from B-series (LS) to D-series (D16)? the clutch housing bolts dont line up, it is impossible. as for changing gears, this is also impossible. in order to put shorter gears and synchros in a LS trans, you need 99-00 Si gears or any ITR gears.
