Default change rod bearings without removing head?

i got a y8 and i was wondering of it is possible to change the rod bearings from the oil pan?....my rings and everything are goood but i dont wanna chance spinning a bearing since it has like 200k on it. iv done it on other engines before just never on a honda. dont know if you fit your hand around the crank to put the top pieces in.

thanx

/\ like said its very very easy i have done it alot, not really a tight fit cause on the sohc you have to remove the whole suppert maincaps..so there is alot of room you dont have to fit you hand around you just lil time to romovet he bottom half the push piston up and turn the crank to mid then pull the whole thing down, makes it easy
