The B18A/B will have better aftermarket support. Just don't forget that their have been plenty of people that have put down well over 300-350whp on these OBD-0 ZC's. They are excellent engines,but in the longrun the B18A/B just carries the bigger gun. I would just save up a bit and go with a OBD-0 B16 swap (they don't cost that much nowadays).
