just remove the abs sensor and throw it away. Get a prop valve from a non-abs teg. Reuse your cars stock tow linkage bar and upper control arm. Switch to the teg lca if youo want to runa rear sway bar.

is the tow (toe?) linkage the short bar at the front of the trailing arm? also i was under the impression that i would use the integra upper and lower control arm, is that right?

also what size wheels do i need to clear these brakes? will i need anything different then stock 13" steelies? i know that i will for front brakes but rear is my question?
