Default radiator fan

ive got a stock radiator fan on a half size radiator and its not turning on. checked the wires before the plug and i have a ground with no power and a live wire with power, i check after the plug and both the ground and the live wires are hot.

its not the plug i checked it so the fan is giving juice to the ground and sending it back up. does that mean the motor on it is shot? its a stock shitty one.

what does everyone else use?

If u have power and ground to the fan motor, and it doesnt run, its a bad motor. simply put.

you should test it by running separate wires to the battery and to a fuse.
