yep, tokico makes a 5 point adjustable strut, its white. u can put that on with the coilover and it should workout a whole lot better that way you can adjust both of them. you can talk to blown99civicsi or check out his site www.modifiedracing.net see if he carries them

Do you have Coilover Spring Top Hats installed along with the factory Top hat?

If you do have them on...Take them off.
You can also take the bottom pearch screw out and that will drop it a lil bit more.

An Aftermarket Shock should allow you to go lower then any OE Shock would, So I can't see your Tokicos holding you up.

Let us know what your whole setup consists of ................

BTW 1st, how low are you wanting?? 3"'s is alot and very few GOOD quaility coilovers adjust lower than that, besides you are losing performance going that low(handling), Why?? for show?? if so get bags

Also something to look for.........Every shock has a washer that sits halfway down the shaft, This is so the dust cover doesn't compress all the way down.
Most people that install coilovers on their car simply forget to remove that washer.
This washer will bind up the Coilover top hat and keep the car from lowering all the way down....I've seen it a hundred times .

Just Something else to look for.................

If you get time, Raise the back of your car up...Take a pic or two of your setup....And I can walk you through what needs to be removed/replaced
