Default wiring help under dash

i have a 2001 integra gsr. i was driving the other day and my pass. bumper light fell out and broke the connector for the bulb. my fuse popped. i put a new fuse in, put the bulb in and tried it. they wouldnt work, and it blew my tail lights. i told my friend to change my fuse while i rewaired the bulb.. and he put in a fuse that was too big and when we tried it the fuse burt the wires in the underdash fuse box friends dont let friends helpwith cars.. so, how can i rewire the underdash fuse box so they work again.. i was thinking using one of the blank fuses underthere.. would that work? how hard is it to do that? if anyone wants to stop by and help me.. if you know what your doing. pm me. i will pay. i need these fixed asap

get a electrical schematic for your car, or simply try replacing the fuse box(underdash) with someone elses. (rewire the underdash fuse box??) why would you need to do that ?

Go through that schematic though, check the taillight relay etc.. you will have to look at the diagram. usually fuses are 2 times more then what is installed from the factory. Sounds like though that you have fuses in the wrong places or whatever the hell your doing. or a bad relay now.

The turn signal relay is on the interior fuse block, at the top and all the way to the right. Should be right about a 20, 15, and 10 fuse.
